Right of withdrawal / Returns policy 

Reasons for returning orders or products: 
1. Right of revocation: 
Art. of Law 7/1996, of 15thJanuary, on Retail Trade Management, confers on the Customer the right tocancel the order requested withinseven working days of receipt of theorder, with prior notice to MALLORCAAUTOMOTIVE & MARINE SLU (info@mallorcabatteries. com), with arefund of the price paid for it. 
Also this regulation indicates that it isthe customer who must bear the costof the return and return the order withall the products you want to return andoriginal packaging of the products inperfect condition. 

2. Non-conforming order: 
If when you receive the order, is not inaccordance with the order, you have aperiod of seven working days toexercise the right of return. In thiscase, it is essential that the product isin perfect condition, in its originalpackaging and with the manuals andaccessories included. Shipping costsarising from such return shall be borneby the USER. After checking thecondition of the goods, the amount willbe refunded. 
The return of spare parts, expresslyordered by the user, is not allowed. 

3. Return for product defects, transport defects or shipping errors: 
If at the time of delivery it is clearly andvisibly apparent, without the need tohandle the shipping packaging or theproduct's own packaging, that aproduct has defects caused bytransport damage or if an error isdetected in the goods received in thesame way, the customer must notifyMALLORCA AUTOMOTIVE & MARINESLU (e-mail address: info@mallorcabatteries. com)) within48 hours of receipt of the order in orderto be able to request the return of theproduct or products concerned andthus the replacement by a new one orthe refund of the price paid for it.

The costs of transport and handling ofthe return shall be borne by thepurchaser. 
The refund of the amount will be madein the same way as the payment wasmade and the corresponding amountwill be returned within a maximumperiod of thirty days from receipt of thereturned goods.
